    You have to let it fluff out and then it is real pretty. I got a grey for my neighbor a full size grey for my bed and a tan for my sister. I have not washed mine yet so can’t answer that question. This is a reputable site on Facebook you do get your product! I have been scammed before but this site does give you your product. It comes shrink wrapped so you have to give it time to fluff up. Very well packaged.
